Kyle Andrus pursued his undergraduate studies at BYU before earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry. Licensed to practice full-scope optometry, Dr. Andrus is skilled in performing both major and minor eye surgeries, treating dry eye, and managing conditions like glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration.
Dr. Andrus and his wife raised seven children, who are now grown. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys gardening and woodworking. Although he played various sports before a knee injury, his current favorite pastime is spending time with his grandchildren.
With 38 years of optometry practice under his belt, Dr. Andrus is the most experienced doctor on our staff. His dedication and discipline result in high-quality eye exams that consistently surpass those of our younger optometrists.
If you’re looking for a solid, caring, and wise eye doctor, Dr. Andrus is the perfect choice. His extensive experience and compassionate approach make him an excellent fit for most of our patients.
